BAKED CHICKEN MEATBALLS, SPINACH 

& GARBANZO BEANS

This has become one of my favorite dishes: Baked Spinach, Garbanzo Beans and Homemade Chicken Meatballs. Super easy to make. And I learned a great tip for cleaning spinach covered in soil.

Cleaning Spinach

• Clean and fill your kitchen sink with water.
• Wade the soiled leaves in the sink water separating the individual leaves allowing the soil to fall to the bottom.

Season this dish with your favorites spices. I like cumin, curry and red pepper flakes. Recipe Adapted from the Martha Stewart Show
