I had this for dinner after a co-worker of mine shared the recipes. It was delicious and surprisingly simple.First, I prepared spaghetti dressed in olive oil, reserved pasta water, chopped curly parsley and topped with red pepper flakes, grated Pecorino Romano (Italian sheep's milk cheese), fresh ground white and black peppercorn and coarse sea salt.




Then served it with pieces of roasted garlic sourdough round dipped in rosemary and garlic infused olive oil. Here's a helpful How To from Food52 on creating homemade garlic oil.
