So, my salad greens have finally matured and here are the first cut from my window planter. I planted a basic salad greens mix, spinach and some herbs which have been thrown into the salad. Herb Salads are my favorite. The simple herb salad recipe is below.

Your Favorite Fresh Herbs (I Used Parsley, A Few Very Small Sprigs of Thyme, Dill, and Basil)

The Dressing, my new favorite, is a Wild Blueberry Vinaigrette and there's some home-toasted herbed breadcrumbs on top.
